A dedicated servant leader, Jessica has worked in the non-profit, social justice, and human rights sectors for twenty-years. An organizational leader, consultant and coach, facilitator, and community volunteer, Jessica utilizes her experiences and passions to make a difference.

Jessica is the Executive Director of World Without Hate, a grassroots organization working to end the cycles of hate and violence through storytelling and empathy. In addition, Jessica serves as consultant and coach for non-profit clients in the areas of interim executive leadership, fund development, board training, special projects, and group facilitation and trainings. She is also a faculty member in the University of Washington’s Non-Profit Certification Program.

Originally from Connecticut, Jessica holds a BA in Theatre and Directing from Marymount Manhattan College (NY, NY), a MALS from Wesleyan University (Middletown, CT), and a Certificate in Social Impact Strategy from the University of Pennsylvania (Philadelphia, PA). Jessica is a member of the City of Seattle’s Human Rights Commission, PeaceBuilder Chair for Rotary District 5030, board member for Atlas Assistance Dogs, Donor Engagement Committee for Pike Place Market Foundation, and cohort member for the 2021 Leadership Tomorrow program. Jessica lives in Seattle with her husband and beagle, Brewster.

Ideal Option

Ideal Option is a national leader in office-based medication-assisted treatment for addition to opiods, alcohol, and other substances. Ideal Option has been working on the front lines of the opioid epidemic since our founders – two ER physicians – opened the first clinic in 2012. Today, Ideal Option employs more than 90 addiction medicine providers in 65+ outpatient clinics across 10 states. We’re proud to have helped more than 32,000 patients on their journey to stable recovery from addiction.
